Not a totally surprising move but Baldwin has been fired at Milwaukee. He was probably the hands on favorite to be fired this off season. Not sure if we see any other firings in the Horizon League. Obviously there could be a couple coaches that could possibly leave for better jobs.

The guy was 57-92 in 5 years at the school, including 10-22 with a 5 star recruit. If he couldn't win this year he never will.
I don't see any other Horizon coaching changes. Unless Green Bay's Athletic Director has a quick trigger finger on Will Ryan. Or if Antoine Davis chooses not to return next year, then his father may retire at Detroit.

Yes, I suspect more changes to come. MKE's jettison was anticipated. Their fanbase has been clamoring about Baldwin's removal half the season.
As far as HL coaches moving on to better positions, I have some doubts. The only coach that could fit that category is Nagy. When you look at the HL and it's sharp downward trajectory, it's kind of hard to say who really deserves it? After all it's the coaches that determine their team's outcome and by extension the HL. In other words, if their team's net rating are bad, why hire them?

He has done a good job. Also had success in the Summit. One of the reasons why I have been up on the Dons this year. PFW is a great example why schools like Morehead should be considered for the 12th spot in the HL. (BigD and his yapping has not changed my mind)

You think this season is proof of why PFW should have been invited into the HL. This is by far the best year they've had in the HL and their NET is currently 231. Keep adding teams like that and we can drop all the way down to the 31st ranked conference in the country. Don't quit your day job bud. Thanks, not quitting my day job. Much appreciated advise. Interesting that you don't see the relationship of their NET Rating and who they have to play to earn that rating. The HL had a pathetic year with some real anchors. Keep yapping,
