I do expect the bottom of the HL to recover over the next couple of years. The ongoing challenge is going to be the top of the conference.
The Rising Bottom: UIPUI has no place to go but up. Just a full team of Di players should be a uplift. GB may take another year to realize it was a mistake to hire someone's buddy to coach a DI team. RMU lost some close games.
Just a few tweaks has the potential to move the HL up 1 or 2 positions. Granted, it's still a long way up.
