Former Brush Ace standout. CSU has reached out since he entered the portal - along with a laundry list of high profile programs which doesn’t give me a feeling we have a real shot here.
2022/2023 was a rough season for Hugley, averaged 8/3.6 this year but was in and out of the program with some mental health issues. In 2021/2022 Hugley had a great year with 14.8/7.9 and a lot more playing time.

Wonder if Marlon Barnes will transfer as well.

Committed to Oklahoma. Yet another swing a miss by One Tone on a local player who would have nicely filled in the production lost from Spider Johnson. SMFH

Funny part you don’t need a John Hugley type to be successful in our league, just give me a slightly better Spider, and a better PG then Parker, which won’t be to hard to replace and the growth continues of our returning players and this team will be contending for league and tournament champs…..Now in 2024 that when the you better have a good recruiting class

Being just good enough in the HL is nothing to aspire to. If we are glued to the HL, at least be the big fish.

So the current coach has to replicate the previous coach, then are next new coach has to replicate the previous coach. Because once a good coach begins to win, there gone. Don't get me wrong, it's great the hire good coaches. I'm for it. but you just introduced a best-case treadmill scenario. There has to be a breakthrough embedded in that cycle.

Well folks. We can't do the same old stuff and expect different results. The coach is going to need to differentiate the product he is trying to build. If you are trying to do the same thing everyone else is doing with less resources, then you already failed.
