Game times have been posted for the men's team: csuvikings.com/sports/m-baskbl/2023-24/scheduleStill awaiting game times for the women's team schedule, as they all still say TBA: csuvikings.com/sports/w-baskbl/2023-24/scheduleCSU tried to avoid the Browns game by having a 4:00pm start time for the men's game on Sunday, January 7, but the Browns game @cincinnati still has a TBA start time, and if the Browns are good this year, that could easily move to a 4:25pm kickoff. The women's team has one Browns game conflict, on Sunday, December 10 for the Melissa Jackson revenge game vs Akron. Start time is TBA and I am guessing they may make that 4:00pm to avoid the Browns 1:00pm kickoff vs the Jaguars. Both teams are playing in Woodling Gym on Wednesday, November 22 and Saturday, November 25. The men's game both days starts at 7:00pm. I am guessing they will try to make those a doubleheader and schedule the women's game those days to start at 4:00 pm (and therefore avoiding the Ohio State-Michigan game on Saturday the 25th which starts at Noon and should be over by 3:30/3:45). Other doubleheader dates: Saturday, January 20 (men start at 4:00 pm, hoping women start after like 7:00, though knowing CSU they will probably have the women's game start at 1:00pm) Saturday, February 17 and Saturday, March 2nd (same deal, men start at 3:00pm, hoping the women's game is after and not before)

This is also something that kylehzrt may have a much better guess on what the women's game times will be than anyone else

I'm not a fan of the Horizon League schedule. It seems they went away from the travel partner Thu/Sat or Fri/Sun schedule. There are more home weekday games and less home Fri/Sat night/Sun afternoon games.
2022-23: 5 Conference Fri/Sat night games 2 Weekday games 3 Sunday afternoon games
2023-24: 4 Conference Fri/Sat night games 4 Weekday games 2 Sunday afternoon games
That's in addition to the football conflicts that have been mentioned. There's a Thursday night Browns home game conflict and potentially an NFL Sunday week 18 conflict. Last year's Sunday conference games didn't start until the last week of January (after the regular season, coinciding with the Conference Championship games), this year starts in December. That's not even mentioning non-conference. Last year's best non-conference game was Kent and that was the week after College Football ended. This year's Ohio U game is in direct conflict with major College Football games, including Ohio State playing in primetime.
I'm not sure there's a whole lot that could have been done differently, it's just bad luck. I do wish more attention could be paid to avoiding the obvious within-the-same-city sports conflicts that are scheduled in advance (like Browns home games). Does Green Bay have home games when the Packers are hosting a primetime game? I'd imagine they'd draw less than a hundred people if so.
It's hard for me to make the weekday games with work, I'll be at the Browns games, and I'm committed to a fundraiser aligned with the OSU/MSU game on 11/11. Looking at the schedule, I'll make it to 7 games at best this year.
