Things CSU needs to have happen to win: (not counting Enaruna because we know he is rock solid and will score 20+) 1) Jayson Woodrich to hit at least 3 three pointers 2) Drew Lowder to score at least 15 points and shoot 50% plus from the field 3) Hold YSU to under 15 offensive rebounds 4) Play good interior defense and hold YSU under 50% shooting for the game

It took me 15 minutes to tune into the game. The thumbnail showed the Oakland game instead. So what is the story regarding Enaruna?

If they can pull this off with our Tristan it would be very impressive. They have to avoid their usual 2nd half meltdown

Half time and the Vikes are ahead by 6. I like the ball movement and they are not just standing around on office. However, the Vikes got away with Quin open 3 misses a few times. Let's hope the Vikes can keep it up the movement and tighten the defense in the 2nd half.

Brutal way to end your season in concussion protocol. Hey, the Vikes may pull this off. He will be back for the game in Indy. Tonight is the Vikes chance to get 20 wins.

CSU shooting better from 3 (50%) then the line (30%) that may come back to cost them the game the FT shooting. Too bad I can't watch I don't get ESPN+. I will turn on the radio feed if this is still close in the final minutes.
30% from the line WTF !!!!!!!!!!

The free throw situation is insane.

Chance to extend lead to 9 and Williams bricks both (2/8 now from the line) and they get an AND 1.
4 point lead 4 mins left...........I can't see CSU winning this one without their stud. Too many missed FT's (5/14)
Would take a miracle to win this.

CSU somehow up 9 with 1 min left without their stud. In their 1st game at YSU lost by 25 with their stud.
Head scratcher

So the ML was YSU -600 the spread was CSU +10.5 and CSU was missing the leagues best player.
Ok then the regular season ends up being meaningless after all. All that worrying about needing a top 4 seed to get a home game for nothing.
So CSU vs Oakland on Monday that gives Enaruna 3 days to hopefully get better but who knows with a concussion.
I assumed CSU had no chance BEFORE I found out Enaruna was out...........
Well great win and I will actually get to watch them on TV Monday since it is on National TV.
Thank god the days are gone of the delayed semi-final game from yester year.
Also we get the early time game since Oakland has that time slot so that helps if they do somehow win.

A gutsy performance from our guys tonight! Williams logged minutes at center when Arnett was in foul trouble, and smartly pushed the ball up the court on every rebound, leading to a handful of layups. Arnett was huge on the boards finishing with 12. Smith played offense from the post and looked good doing so, including a few nice turn around jumpers, finishing with a stellar all-around effort of 15 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 huge blocks and a steal. Robinson 4-4 from 3 and 6-6 from the line en route to a game high 20. And Lowder was huge with countless clutch shots whenever we needed one.
That was fun!

Congratulations CSU. Great job between the black lines. Good luck Monday. What a Coaching job by Coach Robinson. I think it was one of the best coaching jobs I've seen in years. Lose your All-Conference 6'9" player, no worries. If any of you played the game, you know a TO can make or break a team. I saw all eyes on Coach. They all bought in. It's a great day to be a "Vike."

3 of 4 road teams won tonight only Oakland survived. All that regular season to gain those home courts and only 1 team could hold serve. Pretty crazy.

Obviously I was more critical of the head coach than anyone this year. To lose an over 20 point per game scorer like Enaruna and still put together a game plan to win on the road at one of the top teams in the conference, extremely impressive by Coach Robinson. I only watched the last 2 minutes of the game, but what a performance. Drew Lowder stepped up big. Tevin Smith great game and how about Chase Robinson with 20 points. Arnett 12 rebounds. Everyone chipped in. Here's to hoping Enaruna can clear the concussion protocol for Monday night's game

Great game, probably the best game they played all year. Total team effort, with a sense of urgency. If they can keep this up, they absolutely can win the tournament. The Grizzlies are tough, I hate the Grizzlies.

Interesting how things turned out in the HLT last night. As Henry indicated, the home teams took it on the chin. Only Oakland survived. Let's hope the Vikes keep it rolling.

They seemed to have played better without Tristan, they rely too much on him and just let him take the lead. If Robinson and Smith can bring that same intensity when Tristan comes back, this team can beat anyone. Even defensively they were a lot better.
